I have been using Ms. Kathy Wilson for about four years.  Most of the time she is able to provide me with an insurance carrier that I am comfortable with but sometimes not.  But when I am having difficulty finding auto, home, or flood insurance on my own, I give her a call for a quote.  She is always pleasant and helpful.
