Every so often you find someone that is so good at their job that you wonder if it's the job or if it's the person. In this case, I would say it's definitely 100% the person! I was referred to Olivia when I started asking around about my car and house insurances thinking I was paying more than I needed too.  She went through my current policies and let me know where I could save money based on my current usage.

Sorry! Anyway over a dozen, give or take years back, I had them for our auto insurance on the then Mrs. and my personal auto's. My God Mother, Gma's sister passed away up in Webster, Mass. I flew up for the funeral, this was back in the beginning of modern days of personal communications, beeper from what I recall.

I get a beep and called them back...
A not so respectable person from said firm, age & gender are of no concern here, called and stated that a letter was mailed on such and such date...  the quarterly police at a minimal need be paid at this time or else...  Meaning Right Now!

No problem, cancel my policy and I'll take care of it from home tomorrow AM.

At the present time, I had recently decided to attempt reducing my insurance costs, at 55 they should decrease a bit.   Such was true, Liberty Mutual was one of the possibilities so I gave them a ring. I being  a business owner, highly respected and what have you, I spoke to these individuals in a humble respectible manner! In doing so I was hung up on twice¿? and both times was called back by another representative to ask if my policy was within my expectations????? I never received a quote.

I was once again rolled over to a licensed agent in Virginia and recieved said " " that was 300% above what I have now...  'Oh Sorry, let me roll you over to some third party agency and Bla, Bla, Bla!  They were 35% higher...

LOL!!!  GET QUOTES THAT ARE DOCUMENTED BY THE OTHER AGENCIES AND BE SURE TO TRY LIBERTY MUTUAL LAST.

Our agent is William (Bill) Barker and he and his team are phenomenal!  Over the summer we came home to a devastating flood in our home and he and his team worked tirelessly to help make a difficult situation better.  There is no easy way around a situation like this but Bill and his amazing team were there each step of the way with us as our home was repaired.  They helped us have a "normal" life while the home was being repaired, helped to make the process easier and provided moral support.  I highly recommend Bill, his team and Liberty Mutual! I have been a Liberty Mutual customer for almost 20 years for both home and auto insurance.  Last winter was one of the worst pot hole winters in the DC area.  Unfortunately I hit a deep pot hole and had major damage to my vehicle.  In fact there were over 19 vehicles who hit the same pot hole and were all sidelined with flashers on with flat tires, wheel damages, etc.  Liberty Mutual did a good job with my claim and my car was fixed.  To make the long story short, my annual premium jumped over $500+ this year and I asked the agent to explain the reason.  The reason was one speeding ticket over a year ago and the pot hole incident, which was claimed it as an accident.  Needless to say, they did not want to retract the pot hole incident as an accident and my premium would stay at the newly inflated rate.  They did not want to work out any deals and unfortunately for them, they lost a long time customer.  I guess one strike you are out of luck with this company (total opposite from their TV commercial).  I am angry and extremely disappointed on how they handled this situation and I would strongly suggest taking a look at other insurance companies before you choose any insurance company.  09/11/15.
