I worked with Matt Hinton and he was able to help me out with getting a much better premium even with the higher state requirements. Matt was able to find me a package that saved me close to $80/month. Easy to talk to, genuinely helpful, and really cares about the person he's serving at the time. I texted Ryan requesting a quote and literally 5-10 minutes later I had a fair affordable quote that I agreed to. I also didn't have to pay anything up front. Fast service, affordable quote, . Made my first payment and I was good to go! Dealing with other insurance companies prior to calling Ryan I was a little stressed out and he got me straight within minutes. Ryan rocks!  When my homeowners increased by 42.5% he reached out to me and we lowered it tremendously.  I had just went up for renewal, he contacted everyone and handled it all.  And may I add that it was painless.  Ryan is my go to for all my insurance needs and he will be licensed for commercial in 2023!

After speaking with multiple agents in the Liberty Mutual call center over several days with no resolution to my issue, Ryan was able to quickly get to the root of the problem and resolve the issue above and beyond what I expected. He stayed on the phone with me until the issue was closed, and I had all the documents I needed to move forward.

GREAT SERVICE:  After about 3 minutes after calling Liberty Mutual, Ryan Siefert called me back. I had an UNUSUAL request.  I live about 125 miles from his office but had attended a local festival a few years ago and my grandson who is on the autism spectrum received from them a sports bottle that he got attached to.   We somehow misplaced it so my search began!  Ryan listened to my story and immediately without hesitation(knowing I did not even have insurance with his company)  said he would try to find me one and let me know. Much to my surprise -- he called within in an hour and had one for me to pick up.  Ryan followed up with me through texts all day to figure out how I could get it (even offered to mail it)  and put it  outside his office door for a friend of mine to pick up  after work.  Ryan went the extra mile to make sure I received this (free of charge) along with a surprise of a couple more colors to make a special needs child very HAPPY!  I know this type of compassion and willingness to help in such a prompt manner makes him a great insurance agent.  We appreciate what he did SO much and will certainly have him quote our insurance needs as you should!!!  You will NOT be disappointed letting this man handle your needs!

Great Customer Service.  I reached out to Liberty Mutual and within 3 minutes Ryan Siefert returned my call. I had a very UNUSAL request as my autistic grandson had received a Liberty Mutual Sports bottle at a county fair a few years back and was obsessed with it and we had misplaced it.   Ryan was compassionate enough to listen to me and my problem and told me he would try to locate one and get back with me and to my surprise he called within an hour and had located  one.  This type of caring and dedication to helping others I'm sure is what makes him a great insurance agent.  I did not even have insurance through his company and he was willing to go the extra mile to "make a little special needs boy happy"!! I definitely will let him quote my insurance needs and ask that you consider the same. A very pleasant, caring  individual that was VERY prompt with resolving an issue!
