Robert Thurston

I’m a seasoned insurance agent at Comparion Insurance and Liberty Mutual with 9 years of experience helping individuals and families protect what matters most. I work with several top-rated carriers, allowing me to tailor coverage and pricing to each client’s specific needs.

I grew up in a military household and am a proud Richmond native, as well as an alumnus of Benedictine College Preparatory. I was fortunate to play collegiate basketball before transferring to VCU and graduating with a degree in Business Management (Go Rams!).

Today, I live in Henrico with my wife, Morgan, our Boxer, French Bulldog, and rescue cat. Outside of work, I enjoy golf, pickleball, staying active, and traveling.

My approach is simple: provide clear guidance, responsive service, and insurance solutions that actually make sense — whether you’re shopping for auto, home, or life insurance. My goal is to be a long-term resource.

Elaine White — Sales Associate

Elaine joined my team in late 2023 and plays a key role in supporting our clients throughout the insurance process. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!) and grew up in Northern Virginia, attending Saint John Paul the Great Catholic High School.

Before entering the insurance industry, Elaine spent several summers coaching swimming and later served as head swim coach for a country club team in Haymarket, VA.

Elaine relocated to Richmond after graduating and has quickly made it home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Richmond’s restaurant scene, attending live music and comedy shows, playing pool, and hiking.
