Chatted with her and she instantly knew I was overpaying. Even after asking my (at the time) insurance agent to reevaluate my policy Colette STILL got me a lower rate, with a lower deductible AND (if that wasnt good enough) all with better coverage!

She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything [and was happy to do so, where my previous agent made it feel like a hassle to explain.] She made it so easy.

She made it easy and was the only experience going through insurance I've ever had that wasn't painful.
