James Stenzel has been my insurance agent for several years now...What I like best about James is HE always calls me back fairly quickly.  I don't get a recorded message that goes through several multiple questions that never answer my question and then won't let me talk to a real live person.  I worked for hours the other day trying to do a simple change on one of my policies......not only was the company's phone number wrong, no real person was there to help.  I called James-he answers his phone his self what a concept!  Thank you James

We have counted on James to help us choose our insurance company for a few years now. James has always been easy to contact and quick to help. Recently the company that carries our home and auto insurance bumped our annual premiums by $500 for no reason. We called James and he quickly came up with a good company with better coverage and an annual premium of $500 less. James got everything switched over to the new company thru email including new insurance cards. Quick and simple, James took care of it all. Thanks James!

To be honest, I never believed insurance agents as good as James even existed.

Let me preface this by saying that I universally hate insurance companies, due to horrendous past experiences with several of them that I'm certain I'm not alone in having.

I had switched to Liberty Mutual for car insurance, after having gotten off a parental plan with Progressive. I chose Liberty because they were the most affordable option - a difficult choice, since they had recently screwed me over, badly, in a hit-and-run on my vehicle (long story, the guy who hit me was a former insurance agent, he used Liberty Mutual and worked with his agent to get out of it).

Needless to say, I was grumpy about choosing them - which, in part, is why I was so surprised to have been assigned someone like James as an agent. I haven't worked very closely with many insurance agents, and most have been horrible to me - the type you might expect in such a notoriously thankless industry.

"Breath of fresh air" is an understatement when working with James. Right off the bat, I made it clear to James how upset I was to be working with his company - frustration that was entirely wrong to be taking out on him, and which I regret - and he took it like a champ, responding only with kindness. As time went on, James proved to be ridiculously efficient, timely, and reasonable as my insurance agent. I've since added a number of additional insurance plans - life, rental, motorcycle, etc. - and he has been outstanding in getting me deals that beat out the competition every time, and quickly. He doesn't try to turn every interaction into a 30-minute phone call (my gosh, I can't say how much I appreciate this), doesn't try to constantly up-sell me on additional stuff or "hide" prices behind sales pitches, and will even level with me when he thinks a more inexpensive option may be better.

All in all, I am beyond grateful to have such a notoriously stressful part of life made stress-free thanks to James' expert work and transparency. I look forward to working with him for years to come.
