Nicholas Walker has been my insurance agent for the past 4 years, and has been for other family members of mine for even longer. He is the most reliable, honest, and caring person that I have ever dealt with as far as insurance agencies go, and it’s only a reflection of who he is as a person. He has made time and been available for me in situations even when he was on vacation and after normal business hours, which quite frankly, you don’t get that service anywhere anymore. His knowledge and understanding of his profession is at the highest level, which makes him the one person you can reach out to for all the answers you are seeking, and on the rare occasion he doesn’t have an answer for you, he takes it upon himself to find whatever you are looking for. He has been an invaluable agent for my family, and we are grateful and blessed to have found such an agent to help us manage some of our most precious assets. I take my word seriously. HOLY SMOKES! I've never had an insurance company work so hard for me or my clients. Elise and Nick are the dream team! I used to work with Elise YEARS ago so I knew her character when I needed to change things up and drop another insurance company.

Over the past 4 years, we have received coverage on 3 cars, 3 homes, an umbrella policy and a life insurance policy. It surprise me how often they audit my account to make sure I have the best coverage for the least cost.

I've even been referring clients to them for the last 4 years or so. They have always been quick to answer the phone and work so hard to make sure my clients are comfy with the cost and coverage.

100/100 stars for this team because when they noticed my premiums were going to raise because of a new algorithm, they contacted me and each of my clients to let us know. Before they called though, they had already found solutions for each one of us which was astounding because that shows a) they really care about people and b) they care about client retention for their business.

Nick has been taking care of my auto and home insurance needs for around 10 years. He always is happy to work with me on finding the appropriate coverage for my needs and identify discounts that I can qualify for to maintain a good rate. I can't imagine working with anyone else!

Nicholas Walker served as our Liberty Mutual Insurance agent for eight years in Washington state, having  written our original auto, home, and umbrella policies.  During that eight year period he faithfully worked with us since our insurance needs changed as our children grew.  Nicholas does business the old fashioned way - by relationship.
