After my auto rates went up 40% with my original insurance company (which I had been with for over 25 years) I reached out to Steve to see what he could do! Steve is one of the nicest insurance agents I have ever worked with. He knows his stuff and goes out of his way to find the best policy at the most reasonable price he can. While insurance companies are always trying to get your business by saving you money in the first year, they are quick to start raising rates after that first year is up. In my experience, the rate is almost double by the third year. So I have to shop for new insurance at least every three years. Steve is willing to do this for his clients. I really appreciate that.

Steve was very helpful in pricing and securing both automobile and homeowners insurance when we decided to dump All State after over more that 25 years of rate increases will no explanation other than "Well, prices always go up." Steve got us better policies for much less. Our auto insurance went down by more than 40 percent. Our homeowners policy, with a better coverage, went down by 30 percent. Thanks, Steve. Steve is also a "hands on" kind of guy. He encourages his customers to contact him directly with any claims or issues. Nice to have a dedicated person to help when needed.

I am new to Liberty Mutual and was having difficulty setting up my online login to sign my insurance documents.  Another rep had advised me to call the customer service line.  Steve just happened to call me to introduce himself and asked if there was anything I needed help with. I explained my problem thinking he would direct me to customer service as well.  But he didn't!   It took him something like two minutes to fix the issue and get me ready to go.  It saved me so much time.

His fast customer service was very much appreciated.  I told him he is a star, and I really mean that.  I'm old school and truly appreciate it when I get good customer service.  Hopefully, login issues will be the biggest problem I ever have for Steve to solve.  But, if something more serious happens, I will have confidence that he will be there to help.
