Tom Dreschel is liberty Mutual's super agent. He picks up calls and solves questions and issues in first call most of the time. He could verify my mortgages and update the lien holder list that was required by a future lender in one call and also attached and sent an updated document that I could simply forward. Tom has been my agent for the past 26 years and great at helping us understand our coverage options, tradeoffs, and finding us ways to reduce our premium costs.  He is very responsive and available via email which is great for someone like me who is very busy and often unable to take phone calls during the day. Tom has painstakingly carried my home + vehicle policies through multiple states and homes- effectively navigating the unquestionably obtuse and cumbersome process of insurance. His thoroughness, responsiveness, and professionalism have shone through at every step. I dread the day I move to a state Tom isn't licensed in and I have to stumble through that quagmire alone...

Thomas Drechsel has been my Liberty Mutual insurance agent for many years.  He has my auto, home and umbrella insurance policies.  His customer service is unmatched.

He is very friendly, very nice guy, a family man, very professional, & extremely helpful. So helpful that even at night or while on vacation he would reach out to me to let me know he received my message and he would take care of my inquiries and requests as soon as he gets back to the office.
