I've had lm for insurance on my home and autos for several years. Very convenient, and inexpensive options.

So far Liberty has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an insurance company. My daughter would have been better off being hit by an uninsured motorist. Over a month since my daughter's accident and no one has come to look at the car. (trust me it's totaled) Now Liberty wants to tow it somewhere to have it looked at? The last time I was in an accident Progressive sent an adjuster right away and took care of my claim. Just hope that if you're in an accident they do not have Liberty Insurance. Still waiting.....

Great insurance at a reasonable costs but you can never seem to get a hold of your personal agent.Their teleprompt  phone system always routes you to corporate .You beat yourself up trying  to talk to someone local  .Basically their personal service is awful
