Craig is awesome! He answers questions/issues quickly. It's so nice to be able to communicate with a human instead of a numerical function on the phone. Unfortunately I can't give Craig Smith a positive review. In fact, we've had a terrible time with him and Liberty Mutual.  First our auto-pay didn't work and we were never notified until receiving a nasty cancelation notice.  This caused me to dig into our coverage.  This is what I found: premium increased 164% within a few months, we were not given bundled discount as promised when we added our daughters house and my car. When trying to resolve I emailed Craig, he said he'd research and get back to me.  This never happened. It's been a relief to leave this company. Avoid the stress, avoid Liberty Mutual and Craig Smith
