Unprofessional and Rude Behavior from Liberty Mutual Agent Brian Buxton's
My experience with Liberty Mutual agent Brian Buxton's office was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. When I called to inquire about my son's policy increase, a woman answered the phone instead of Brian. She responded rudely, sucking her teeth and laughing dismissively when I asked for assistance. Despite providing my name and politely expressing my concern, she continued to display an unacceptable attitude and then hung up . Her behavior was disrespectful and unhelpful. I expected better customer service from Liberty Mutual and will be exploring other insurance options due to this unpleasant interaction.

Sarah George who works with Brian is amazing. I'm so glad I switched to Brian's team at Liberty Mutual as they provide an analytical approach and numbers-based (not fear-based) recommendations for the right insurance policy for me. I'm so glad to hear them on my team so I can sleep easy at night knowing I've got the right coverage.

Brian is one of the most personable and reliable people I've ever met.
