Iris has been extremely rude in every interaction I have had with her. She replied to maybe half of my emails. Asked me to supply documents that were literally attached to the email she was replying to. Phone correspondence was even worse-acted like she had no time for me and would talk down when I asked for clarification. Asked her about other coverage options to ensure we had the proper coverage for our new home, to which she responded “this is the lowest price, you would rather pay more?” If lowest precise is all you are looking for, then Iris will find the perfect deal for you. If you want someone that will be helpful for years to come with your home, look elsewhere.
