Honestly, if there was a zero or negative stars available I would give them that. Go through anyone else but these crooks. They jack up their premiums for absolutely no good reasons, they provide terrible customer service, and their claims adjusters are the worst to deal with. Worse than that, they are liars when you try and cancel a policy.

Liberty Mutual made putting my life insurance policy into effect extremely easy.  They were upfront and spot on with the premium ranges (which were very reasonable).  I ended up on the lower end of the range which was a pleasant surprise!  Was very pleased with Jackson Cust’s knowledge of the product and how seamless the process was. I’m the victim of being struck by one of their insured. Slowest process and more work than I should have to do. I have been chasing them for info for weeks. Currently trying to figure out how to get my rental extended 1 more week as they deemed my car totaled but still have no check. I hope my claims rep can take me to work next week! I will never get liberty mutual.

got an online quote- Sarah from this office called me at 8pm, and when I declined the call she called twice more. she called me again the next day and I told her I was not interested and to please stop calling me. she called AGAIN not even a minute later asking for my spouse! this is incredibly rude and unprofessional! just because you’re not making your sales goals doesn’t mean you can keep calling until you get the answer you want!

I canceled my policy and was told I will not be charged again and just today got a charge for $369 so I called them and they were no help at all and told me “I’m not dealing with it”

Great quotes... Very friendly staff... For 6 month premium with a negative record i got full coverage on my truck with renters insurance and roadside assistance for under $500.00

Called to receive a quote for homeowners insurance (I'm already a customer for auto, life and other property).  They politely informed me every day that they were processing a quote for over a week and never actually sent me a quote.   Finally called several different companies found via Google Maps and was able to get a quote same day.   I will cancel my other policies with Liberty Mutual.

Top notch rates and top notch service. Will be a customer for life!

Had lower rates with state farm for more coverage.  Additionally, I got a notice of cancellation of coverage for the house, and was given less than 30 days.  I offered to fix the minor issues in the middle of winter, and they said no.

20+ min wait times due to "high call volume" during varied times over multiple days.  Rude and curt customer service rep.

My late Mom tranfered to Lib Mut in Aug 2007, after she passed away, i kept them. In May-June 13' an employee i had helping me pack stole alot of things. To make matters worse, i had an idiot police officer from the Winthrop Police Dept.,  being run by Chief Joe Young, Winthrop needs to hire better chief's, Joe cheated on his 1st wife with Beth and after marrying Beth, he cheated on her. Lib Mut is on several lists as being 1 of the worst 10 or 12 insurance co's. They are not on any list i could find for being a good insurance co!! Here it is August 2017 and the claim has yet to be settled and i have a lawyer involved. Don't let the TV ads fool you, there are there to sell you a policy and take payments, but they do not pay out!! The people in the Augusta office are nice enough, but have no power in getting your claim settled! Stay the heck away from Liberty Mutual!!
