I have my personal insurance with Kenny at Liberty Mutual and also recommend to him to clients. He always has time for questions, is very responsive, recommends the best policies to protect my family, and finds ways to get the best rates possible. He walks through the details of different scenarios that potentially could occur which I appreciate. I have friends who recently lost their home to a fire and were treated very poorly by another insurance company. You need someone in your corner during times like those and a reputable company with high quality service is what you need. To me it is worth not shopping around for the absolute lowest rate year after year. I have the peace of mind Liberty Mutual and Kenny with be there if anything catastrophic were to happen. You get what you pay for. He's great for a few laughs as well!

Sales Associate Mark Hildahl went above and beyond to find me the best home and auto insurance for the best price. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He is very personable, respectful, knowledgable, and answers any questions I had with detail and explained things in depth. This was the best experience I've ever had in searching for auto insurance. He put no pressure for me to buy, just simply wanted to help, but of course I bought through him! 10/10 recommend.

I had concerns of what I wanted and what I needed to do. The Agent Kenny returned my call in a timely manner and was respectful in answering my questions. He took the time to listen patiently as I tried to explain my questions the best way I could. Surprisingly I only had to mention a few words and the Agent took it from there, he knew what I was trying to explain. He not only listened and patients he informed me he is willing to give me another number, when I get the documents he will view them when I call him back. He was very professional and concern about what my questions were and getting them answered.

Kenny is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I’m sure there are things I could do myself through the app or by researching the right emails to send things to, but he jumps in to help always.
