Unfortunately, our family did not have a good experience with Brian Bury, who became our insurance rep from 2015–2026 after our previous agent retired. He handled several of our properties, vehicles, and watercraft.

Brian did save us money a few times over the years, but it always felt reactive — only happening when we reached out — rather than proactive.

Our experience with Brian
•	Minimal communication: Brian made no effort to get to know us and rarely checked in. Aside from renewal emails, we almost never heard from him. It felt like we were simply an inherited account rather than clients he cared about.
•	Little support during claims: He offered no help unless pushed repeatedly. When a claim went poorly, such as our roof replacement, it took a dozen calls to him before he stepped in with the adjuster.
•	No follow up: After claims, Brian never checked to ensure things were resolved or back to normal.
•	Lack of empathy: His responses were procedural and impersonal. Even during our final roadside assistance claim, he didn’t ask what happened or whether everyone was okay.
•	Poor customer relationship: After 10 years of business, we asked him for a small gesture of community support (donating or buying a box of Girl Scout cookies). He ignored multiple messages.

Brian is polite and may help you save money, but we left because of low communication, lack of proactive or supportive claim handling, no follow up, and a generally poor customer relationship.
