WOW!! Just email him!!  I was in a bind, had 48 hrs before my car insurance was due to expire and wanted my 102 year old house bundled into a new policy. Recently purchased a brand new vehicle and 8 days later I was widowed.  The combination of losing my husband and taking out a new loan did crazy things to my homeowners and vehicle insurance. Joe was very helpful.  My claim was essentially denied due to outdated paperwork.  I called joe to explain the situation and he immediately called the claims department and work through the issue.  My concerns were resolved that day.
