Blew off an appointment that her agency had emailed to set up. Not initiated by me. Called in late after I left a message and spoke with an attitude and no apology. Started complaining that they were giving her too many appointments and snapped during the middle of the call that I left too many messages with the staff about her missing the appointment time. High level entitled attitude. If you are stressed, learn to manage your work better. Don't take it out on customers. You need us; not the other way around. Very very poor professionalism.

I Inherited (my first) house and a vehicle when my mother passed away. Since the end of August I've been waiting on "my" insurance agent to get the changes made. - It's Nov 4th still nothing.

The best thing about working with Kris for our insurance needs is we don’t have to do anything. She regularly checks our rates to ensure we are getting the best we can and sends suggestions for changes when she finds something new or different we may want to consider. The app makes it easy to sign online, giving us time not having paper to deal with or visit an office and her to keep her sharp focus on her customer’s needs. She’s very knowledgeable and takes time to understand our needs so she doesn’t try to sell us something that doesn’t make sense. Highly recommend Kris Aho!
