Mark researched the best rates for home insurance and car insurance. clearly explaining the comparisons from different agencies so I could understand and chose what was best for me. Mark took care of setting me up, the payments, my policies, and getting everything done including accepting my payment to get started.
When I would talk with Mark, he made me feel like we were great friends, making sure I was taking care of. Very patient and answered all of my questions I had. Great conversations about other topics besides insurance too.
