SOLID 5 STARS for Micah Dison - I obtained my insurance(s) through him for a couple of years and he was amazing!  When I got a new job, there were some benefits to switching companies.  I mistakenly gave it a shot; it was a mess, and I could not come back fast enough.  He's extremely diligent, personable and works hard for your individual situation.

Be careful when dealing with anyone from this agency  they will take your money and act like you owe them sell you over priced policys  then re write them along with threats to be reported to the credit bureau

Micah is the most responsive & helpful insurance agent we’ve ever had. He found a way to save us over $250 a month in car insurance and over $500 annually on our homeowners insurance, without reducing any of the coverage of our previous  policy!  I also appreciate Micah’s professionalism as well as his enjoyable personality.

Micah contacted me to quote my auto, home and umbrella. His quotes saved me about $250 total.

When I received the policies to sign, I noticed that he had issued and paid the single payment premiums with my credit card with three DIFFERENT companies (after leading me to believe that they were Liberty Mutual policies!!).

When I called him to complain and request that he cancel the policies (which did not go in to effect for a week) and refund the already-charged premiums , Micah just gave the the phone numbers of the companies and told me to do it myself!!!

After three days and about 8 hours work, I got the policies cancelled and the refunds in process.

I would not do future business with this guy for any savings!

Micah was very helpful at first. But after 6 months or so into my policy, he was not always responsive, and when he was, he signed me up for the lower coverage than I had asked for when I switched providers. He also sent me sales pitch emails that were not applicable to me, like refinancing of homes when he knew I had a renters policy. He also suggested I sign up for a newlywed discount though I am not married. When I told him he was incorrect, he offered to help me save money with a re-quote anyway, but never followed through. I was very happy to stop working with him. I asked him to cancel my policy and after several days, he never responded, so I took care of it myself.

I've worked with Micah for several years.  He's extremely competitive and offers fair coverage.  At one point another carrier offered a better deal and he canceled my policy without delay. 6 months later he asked to try again and he provided a much lower premium w/ the same coverage.  At the end of the day, he cares and he's always been great to work with.  If you don't go with him today, keep his number in your back pocket for tomorrow.
