It was a pleasure working with Chuck.. he was quick getting us results and is a very personable person. We will def use his assistance in the near by future.

Had to go online to do anything. I filed the claim but had trouble with the user name and password thing. After that I was umable to contact anyone between the time of 8 am and 8:40 am.Phone said I would be transferred but all I got was silence and waiting after that. This was by calling Chuck Bhansak. This year I am paying $4000 in insurance for a large home a small home and two 2003 autos. I may only have liability on the autos come to think of it. However, being able to contact someone or something by phone is at least expected. I expect that I may only have liability on the auto so maybe I should not have bothered, but again I should be able to contact someone. Calling another agent for Comparion insurance I at least got a message that someone would call me back.

If given the opportunity to give zero stars I would have.
We filed a claim in November 2021, after our house had water damage. After we were in the appeal process, we didn't hear anything so we decided to inform Chuck of our issues. The only thing he said to my husband, was that he agreed, and didn't know why the entire claim was denied. No follow up was given, and we were left to our own devices. When we decided to switch providers due to our poor experience with Liberty Mutual, our agent reached out to give notice of our termination, and informed us that they never heard back from Chuck, so they called the headquarters.

Needless to say, I would steer clear of Liberty Mutual and anyone involved with this company.
