Good morning, I had a good experience at the local level after I filed my claim. After that everything went downhill. The national level was unprofessional, the individual talked over me. Did not listen to my requirements. I was told one thing locally and national said something completely different. You DON'T talk on a speakerphone to a customer. VERY unprofessional.
