Great experience overall. Could get competitive quotes within 24 hours, and was very easy to communicate with. I do have to acknowledge that I did end up going with a different company as the quote for my entire package was cheaper (auto, home, umbrella), but will always consider Ward for my future insurance needs.

Was not pleased at all with policy expense increases with renewal.  Called and spoke with Ward who did a great job going through options for both home and auto. Our auto insurance premiums had nearly doubled for no apparent reason - no claims, no tickets, no problems - so I checked with our agent, Ward, to see if there was something I was missing. He reviewed our policies, found no explanation, and suggested that another carrier might offer a better rate.
Next day he sent info about a much better rate for the same coverage, and we switched, saving a lot of money! He did a great job!

I highly recommend Ward to help you find the best deal on insurance. I spent days plugging all of my info to apps and estimators online searching for the best rate. This was ultimately inaccurate and resulted in loads of junk email and spam callers. Save the headache of trying to figure this out on your own and trust a professional to find the best rate for you. I called Wade in the morning. He searched for rates from multiple insurance agencies (not just Liberty Mutual) and found us better coverage for home and auto for hundreds less in just a few hours! Then, he took the time to efficiently go over all the coverage options on the phone and get me set up that same day. Do yourself a favor and stop searching online for the best rate and let Ward take care of that for you.
