Called to cancel car insurance 9/22 because they dropped home owners because of roof (only gave us a month to replace). Got a bundle deal somewhere else.  He said he would take care of it.  Dec 22nd realized it was still coming out of our account.  Emailed him right away.  His response:

Send me a copy of the current id card for your vehicle showing the effective date of your new policy to make sure there isn’t a lapse in coverage.

Steven Kope has proven a wonderful insurance agent in all our interactions, and even remembers personal details about our lives! Steve reviewed our insurance policies and helped us lower our premiums several months ago.  He answered all of our questions and took care of notifying our old insurance company.  He followed up to make sure we had our insurance cards.  Due to some unforeseen circumstances, he also assisted us in filing claims on both of home and car insurance policies.  He reached out several times to make sure things were moving along through the claims process.  Great customer service!
