I had a very disappointing experience with Steve, who answered my call. He was extremely rude and dismissive, telling me he could not help because he wasn’t the servicing agent. When I asked for the correct phone number or to be transferred, he was condescending and said we “should already know this information.” That’s unacceptable customer service and a poor reflection of this business. He then proceeded to hang up on me!

What made it worse is that when I called back, another agent (who also wasn’t the servicing agent) was kind, professional, and immediately helped me with what I needed. This shows that Steve simply chose not to assist because he wouldn’t personally benefit. That attitude is unprofessional and not how customers should be treated.

Called to cancel car insurance 9/22 because they dropped home owners because of roof (only gave us a month to replace). Got a bundle deal somewhere else.  He said he would take care of it.  Dec 22nd realized it was still coming out of our account.  Emailed him right away.  His response:

Send me a copy of the current id card for your vehicle showing the effective date of your new policy to make sure there isn’t a lapse in coverage.

Steve reviewed our insurance policies and helped us lower our premiums several months ago.  He answered all of our questions and took care of notifying our old insurance company.  He followed up to make sure we had our insurance cards.  Due to some unforeseen circumstances, he also assisted us in filing claims on both of home and car insurance policies.  He reached out several times to make sure things were moving along through the claims process.  Great customer service!

I recently purchased a UTV and needed full coverage insurance. I called multiple agencies, waited hours for return calls and the quotes I was given were twice the amount Steve was able to get for me. I called Liberty Mutual, gave Steve the information needed and told him what kind of coverage I was looking to get. His customer service was incredible, super friendly, polite and very professional. He told me he was going to run the numbers and see what the best deal he could get for me and would call me back in no longer than half an hour...(I heard that from the other companies earlier as well 🙄) BUT not even 25 minutes later he called back and was able to get me the coverage I needed AND THEN SOME for HALF of what the other agencies quoted me at! Steve made the whole process quick, smooth and super easy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Steve when it comes to any of your insurance needs!
