She is not just looking to have you switch over to her insurance, she wants customers to have the best insurance that is best for there needs and budget. Absolutely amazing experience!! Evelyn was the epitome of a professional agent. I was looking for homeowners insurance for the McAllen area where I’m in the process of closing on a home.

Great initial conversation about coverage plans and explained in detail and step by step everything she’d do when pushing out quote requests. After quotes came, she took the time to talk and compared the 2 policies and explained any questions/concerns. Even though I had mentioned I was also looking at another company, she didn’t let that deter her from helping me understand coverages, deductibles, and options.

Ultimately I went with the other company, but I wouldn’t have had the confidence and comfortability I now have in my purchase without her help. (I’m sure I’m missing out on amazing customer service to save a few bucks 😕.)

As I said, absolute professional!
