Tammie helped me with two different types of policies - she provided prompt, comprehensive, friendly service and information. She provided the perfect level of customer service. One of the policies I chose to get was such that the policy it was replacing wasn’t expiring for about 2-3 weeks from the date we did our discovery. We made an agreement to touch base at that time to switch me over. While I had the reminder on my calendar she kindly reached out to check in on my status but did so with the proper amount of finesse so it didn’t seem pushy or pressure filled. She has always been available and able to answer any questions I’ve had and hasn’t “ghosted” me once the “sale” was made. For a professional in a sales and relationship management focused role, this is key in today’s market. She did her best to find me the best deals on both policies hence why I chose to switch over both. She is a true professional and I have enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.

Tammie was such a pleasure to work with. We reached out to her bc our home insurance almost doubled which we were not happy about . Our old insurance company, who we had been with for 13 years, wasn’t much help when we questioned them about the premium doubling. Thankfully we found Tammie. She was very professional from the onset, understood our frustrations and gave us several options out. She went over our old policy coverages and found us a few options to choose from . We ended up switching insurance companies after talking with Tammie for over a week. She was very responsive to all calls, texts and emails . Couldn’t ask for a better experience .
