I implore all Military/Ex Military and your families to utilize the services of John Rojas. He covered my newly purchased VA home in the Dallas area as well as 4 of our cars. I only feel sorry that he had the patience to handle my Wife’s 4,338 questions. But he took it like a champ.

Mr. Rojas researched options for home, flood, and auto insurance for a new home we purchased. !!Unprofessional and Inexcusable Negligence!!

I am absolutely appalled by the unprofessionalism and negligence exhibited by Jonathan Rojas and this insurance company. My father's policy, which was effective as of December 13, 2023, was canceled without any prior notification. For months, we received no calls, no emails—absolutely nothing to inform us of this crucial cancellation.

This gross oversight has left my father's property completely uninsured, exposing us to significant risks and potential financial ruin. It is beyond unacceptable that an insurance professional like Jonathan Rojas would fail so miserably in his duty to keep policyholders informed.

The lack of communication and transparency is staggering. Jonathan Rojas and his team have shown a complete disregard for their clients' well-being, failing to perform the most basic responsibilities. This is not just unprofessional, it is a total failure in duty of care.

We demand immediate reinstatement of the policy and a full explanation of why it was canceled without notice. We also need clear guidance on how to file a claim for an incident that occurred on May 2, 2024.

This matter is urgent and needs to be resolved immediately. The incompetence and lack of accountability shown here are inexcusable, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!
