Olivia has been so helpful when we needed to purchase a homeowner's insurance rapidly before closing. She went far beyond to provide detailed quotes and explained why she recommended a certain company. She also went in great details walking me through what does each coverage mean in the insurance - a great learning experience for me! Olivia was such a pleasure to work with! She has the most pleasant personality and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Olivia was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Olivia enough! I was referred to her after my current insurance company would not insure a house I was in the process of purchasing. Olivia is such a delight to work with. She was referred to me by my realtor who had worked with her previously. I needed to stop around for some home owner’s insurance and she was able to get me a list of possibilities earlier than she predicted. She is zero percent judgmental,  was happy and willing to explain everything I didn’t understand.

Olivia has been absolutely fantastic helping us with our personal insurance needs. She is proactive and does the due diligence required to provide the best set of options to choose from.
